American streaming sensation iShowSpeed sent shockwaves across social media during his Shenzhen livestream today, as he fearlessly tested the amphibious capabilities of BYD’s groundbreaking luxury SUV, the Yangwang U8. In a viral segment filmed at a Shenzhen Bay testing site, the 21-year-old influencer piloted the vehicle into a 2-meter-deep pool, showcasing its revolutionary Emergency Floating Mode.
The U8, priced at 1.098 million RMB, employs 38 sensors to activate its IP68-rated waterproof system, enabling controlled aquatic navigation at 3 km/h.
